My family is deeply saddened by her passing. She was a wonderful friend and neighbor . She was a bright light to any day. A wonderful mother with wonderful children. May her family find comfort in theirs memories. She worked with my daughter on a very special flag project for soldiers and we will think about her kindness every time we look at one of the flags we have in our wall Our prayers are with her family

Karen was a beautiful, sweet and thoughtful person. I knew her fro m the Buffalo Skating Club as a talented skater and my sister, Mollie´s friend. I saw her before her move out west and I am very sorry to hear of her passing but enjoyed reading about her life! with sympathy, Sara Burke Potter
