Dear Bill and family:

We both wish to express our personal condolences to you and your family in Karen's recent passing. She was a wonderful lady. We always enjoyed spending time with her at events or social gatherings. She was always positive and upbeat, although she was fighting a constant valent battle with health problems. She was a special person, friend, be missed and will always be in our thoughts and prayers!

I was deeply saddened to hear of Karen's passing. I know that its been a longterm battle for her and all of you.

I spoke to her many times when she worked for AFC Licensing. She was a very pleasant person who truly cared about the people she was entrusted to serve.
