Not sure what to say?

It´s been just past 23 years since Karen´s sudden passing. A loving mother and wife, teacher, musical scholar (piano and flute), and fine friend to many...her absence is still felt, but the fond memories she generated remain today in our hearts. Thank you Tom for sponsoring this memorial. WBj

To the family of Karen Kriz, Elizabeth, Bill, Tori and I wish to express our sincere condolences. Ms. Kriz has been such a part of Elizabeth's life and she learned to truly appreciate playing the flute and music when Ms. Kriz became her teacher 3 years ago. We have such fond memories of Ms. Kriz at the music festivals, in Denton and at your home. We miss her and have you all in our prayers. Fondly, Dorothy & Elizabeth Buffington

My deepest condolences to the Kriz family. I remember Karen as a colleague and a friend at Bear Creek Intermediate. As my son, Stuart's piano teacher, she was an inspiration and one of his greatest supporters. She has truly blessed our lives. Her memory will live within our hearts. God bless Karen and your family.

My deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Ms. Kriz. Karen has been part of my daughter's life for the past 5 years. Karen taught her not only to play the flute, but also how to shrug off the small disappointments in life and move forward. We believe Karen loved teaching music and life. She will be deeply, deeply missed. Thank you so much for being part of our life. Wendy Holmes and Andrea LaPoint
