Karen was such a great person, I had the honor of having her as my mentor teacher at Meadows Elementary in 2004. I am honored to have known her and been taught by her. My condolences go out to her family. She will be missed!

I only met Karen on a handful of occasions but each time was the same. she was always full of fun & laughter. we were bridesmaids together at Claire & Jason's wedding & had the best time. my heart goes
out go to you Donovan & your beautiful daughter Mia. I pray that you will find the strength to live each day without Karen by your side but with the knowledge that she is one of Gods angels watching over you & feeling proud of you. she will always be remembered by everyone that was lucky...

My family and I met Karen about 7 years ago at Meadows Elementary. She was a wonderful, caring one of a kind person and a fantastic teacher. May God give you peace and comfort during this difficult time...you and Mia are in our prayers....
