Not sure what to say?

Josh and Matthew, I am so sorry. I never got to know your Mom personally, only by email, and just in the past few years. I don't know if this messege will get back to you. I did not know you could leave a condolence on this page. When my brother Bill had sent it to me, I saved the page. I wish I could of gotten to know her. There was so much life ahead of her. I have done alot of geneology on the Lare family if you should ever want to know more.

Josh and family,
I'm so sorry to hear about Karen -- she was a wonderful mom and a great friend. She will truly be missed.

My sincerest thoughts and prayers go out to your family.

Josh and Matthew – A true angel of God brought you into this world. An angel, whose selflessness, joy, love and compassion lives on in your life and in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to be in her presence. Autumn of her life
Mem'ry of wit and laughter
Echoes of Karen

She brought her vast intelligence and abundant compassion to everything she did. Her colleagues became her friends, her friends became her family. By the time we met at Goldman Sachs in the early 90's, her sons were grown but she always spoke of them with love so deep and fierce that it left no doubt of the special place she held in her great heart for them.

This family, this circle of friends,...

She was compassionate, smart, witty and my best friend.
