Not sure what to say?

In these troubled times we are reminded how precious our lifelong contacts have been through the years of our youth.
Thinking lately of the many Sisters we've lost, who touched
our lives throughout our maturing years. Karen, you were
most certainly one who brought grace and sophistication to
our Sisterhood during your leadership years. Your name was
mentioned many times at our 50th Chi Sigma Phi/Denta Gamma
Reunion on the NIU Campus held at Altgheld Hall and...

Karen,
I remember you fondly: both at NIU ChiPhi/Delta Gamma and afterwards when our first babies were born the same year; when my family settled in Crystal Lake on your and Jim’s recommendation . When we used to hang out with Fun Olga. I remember your immaculate welcoming home and Fun fireworks. Rest in Peace , Karen, in The arms of the Almighty!
Love You!

To all of Karen's family members I send my prayers of comfort. As our college days are put behind us and we each move on with life there still is a bond through our Sisterhood Chi Sigma Phi/Delta Gamma. Karen was a true leader of many. When someone whom we have a past history with leaves this world we pray for their peace of heart in knowing how many lives they touched and Karen touched so many in such beautiful ways. May these memories we all hold dear help each one of us to recall that...

Our Dearly Loved Chi Sigma Phi departed Sisters will surely embrace our Sister Karen. We loved each and every one of them with all our hearts

To Jim and Ann, I am so saddened to hear of Karen's passing. She will always be "Tish" to me and her other friends from Belvidere High School. Karen's smile and her kindness to others will always be remembered. My deepest sympathies to both of you and your family. Trudy Perkins Noren
