To the Malisa and Newhook families, I am so sorry to learn of Karen's passing. I first met Karen at Blessed Trinity when all of the Catholic schools merged in Auburn in the '70s. With her smile and outgoing personality, she was a friend to all. I remember her playing volleyball in high school, and saw her a few years ago at a high school reunion. We even did funny photo booth photos together with all of our friends! May she rest in peace and may the Lord comfort all of you.
