Karen Maples

Sandy Strang and Karen were co workers at the Chronicle and good friends for many years. We had lunch together in Florida many times. Karen and Sandy were joined in Heaven last November and will share the rest of eternity together. God Bless

So sorry to read about Karen Condolences to her family. My husband worked with Karen at the Chronicle I got to be a friend through him. Karen was always laughing, joking and interested in people.places and things going on. Always an enjoyable time when you spent it with her. She will be missed, she was one of a kind.

Karen was a friend to everyone. We shared the friendship of Donna Margarit and had lots of laughs together. Save me a place!

I was saddened to hear Karen passed away. Sincere condolences to the Fredricks family. Karen was a dear friend of my mother. She introduced Lynn Margarit to my mom and the rest was history. I loved Karen for her happy disposition, humor and infectious laugh. I will miss but not forget her.
