It has been a year now since you have gone to heaven. You are soooo missed and thought about. I know in my heart you are in a place that someday we will meet again. Your family is always looking up at the star that is always shining in your name. God has blessed us with the time we did have with you, I look back at how beautiful you are in pictures,we have the memories that will never let us forget. It makes me smile Karen, you were just so full of life. Even till the end that you were here...

Mrs. Mead -
If you remember me, I was in your seventh grade English class about 6 years ago. I had always remembered you as the teacher who taught me how to write. Yesterday, I found out from one of your students that you were no longer teaching his class because of the death of your daughter. When I heard this, my heart dropped. This isn't fair to you or anyone. I know how you, Liz and the rest of your family must feel. My sister Danielle was also taken from us about four years ago....

Mrs. Mead,
I don't know if you remember me from two years ago. You were my English teacher. I am so sorry to hear about your loss. It's a tough thing to go through. I hope all goes well in the long run. My prayers are with you.

To the family of Karen,
I never met Karen but she was an inspiration to me through conversations with her Grandmother Carole. Even without her knowledge, Karen touched many people. My deepest sympathy to you, the loss of a child is the hardest of all.

Karen,
When I think of you, I think of how beautiful and loving you are. I was in church school with you through out the years and you were always so nice to me. We had some good times that I will always remember. You are very strong, and I admire you so much. I pray that you are at peace and that God will be with your family in such hard times.
