Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry I am so late with my expression of sympathy.

I am Uncle Edward Adler's daughter. I live in Charlotte, NC. Several years ago, at Aunt Angie's suggestion, she indicated that Lori lived in Charlotte and would I look her up and visit. Dad (Uncle Edward) and I had a wonderful visit with Lori and family. And although we had never met, we felt like family from the time Lori opened her front door.

I believe this is a testament to Karen's warmth. While growing...

Dear Family,

My memories of Auntie Karie are always associated with laughter and happiness. Whether it was singing happy birthday to her 'Kevie', cooking (Mom always said how neat it was to see Auntie Karie working her magic in the kitchen) or describing in wonderful detail the lovely weather she was enjoying :)

I miss her very much - yet even as I write this I am reminded of her infectious smile and her uncanny ability to make everyone she came in contact with feel...

Dear Family,
Just as Karen's photos reflect, she always lived life with a smile no matter what difficulties she faced. I feel very blessed to have known her and shared family events with her over the years.

She loved her children and grandchildren so much. Her fond memories will live on with each of you.

Karen was a loving and brave lady.

With Sincere Sympathies,
Mary Brown

Dear Family,
I will miss Auntie Karie very much. 1,000 miles distance couldn't keep her from being a part of my life. She called often to give her support and advice to me whenever life has brought trials and, as my Dad alluded to, I always felt better about things after talking to her. She also liked to call me on New Year's Day to tell me she was sitting by the pool or on the patio, while I was in Wisconsin, watching ice crystals form on the windows:-) She had a great sense of...

My Mummy, I love you with all of my heart. You are my beautiful Mom and I will sooo.. much miss you! Hello, hello, there are the every day calls that I will miss and our lunch days out. Love You sooo....much!!!!!!

My heart goes out to all of you in your time of grief. Lean on each other in the days to come as you work through missing your mum.

I was so glad to be able to spend the time with you all and to be able to say good bye to Aunty Karie. She has a special place in my heart and I will miss her more than I can say.

I love you all.
Susie

To the family of Karen,Your mom (Auntie Karie) has always been a source of inspiration to our family. You have a talk with her and what ever the situation, your outlook on life is better. This was especially true during Jeri's battle with cancer.I can't tell you how beautiful her last visit was;the house was full of love and laughter. She will be greatly missed by our family but never forgotten, for as Father said she left a little of herself in all of us.God bless her and all of you! Love,Uncle Paul
