Read MoreKaren and I were next door neighbors for over 10 years at Plaza 93. We shared many talks, laughs, dinners, walks and Friday nights dancing at Safari or Gambits. She was a kind and caring soul. The world was a better place for having had her in it. My deepest sympathies to her family.

I loved working with Karen over my +33 years at Children´s. She had the most distinctive, halting, soft-spoken speech pattern that was memorable and endearing. I cherish the many conversations we had about life and family. May perpetual light shine upon her kind, caring soul.
