Not sure what to say?

Karen was a very special friend and mentor at Duke many years ago. She was there as she seems to have been in following years so kind, mature, giving and genuinely pleasant almost all the time. I am sure she will be missed for having known her only four years she was an important part of my life as I am she has been to so many through a well-lived life.

Dear Frank,
I was shocked and full of sorrow at just learning of Karen's death. My high school memories of her as a joyful, positive, loving person will always be with me. My prayers are with you and your daughter.

Karen was always very kind and encouraging to me here at Northeastern Univ. My prayers and thoughts are with her Family.

I'm saddened and shocked by this news. I worked with Karen at MCC for several years. She was a wonderfully cheerful person, always optimistic and very kind to everyone. I have only pleasant memories of those time.
My condolences to her family.

I remember her well at Northeastern. She was a grand lady. I saw her last shopping at Donalan's supermarket in Acton. My condolences to the family.
