My memories of Karen go back to long before her illustrious career to the late 1940's-early 1950's when we were pupils of Irene Comer at her dancing classes on Golden Hill Street in Bridgeport, along with her sister (the other Sandra in the class). Our paths never crossed again, but I have always remembered her long red hair. My sympathy to her family.
