I am very saddened to hear of your loss. My thoughts and Prayers are with you. Please accept my deepest condolences during this time of struggle.

The Lumsden Family

To Jim and your precious family, we enfold you in our hearts and uplift you with our prayers. Karen was a cherished friend during our time in Bay Village and for all the years thereafter. Her caring heart, glowing smile and gentle wisdom were gifts she shared with all who knew her. The inner glow, God's enduring gift, was a blessing and beacon for all of us even throughout her illness. Karen will always remain in our memories as our beloved friend and our spiritual guide. On behalf of Karen's Kappa Alpha Theta sisters of its Gamma deuteron chapter, we extend our sympathies to your family. May faith, hope and love sustain you as you honor her memory. Fondly and with Theta love, Laurie McGregor Connor OWU '77

Karen was indeed a "shining light". She and I were in a Koinonia group together and our spiritual commitment grew as we met. Over the years, we stayed in touch (thanks to Jim's wonderful Christmas letters). Her light will always be shining in the hearts of the many she touched.

May the God of comfort be with you in your time of sorrow because he cares for you.

I am so sorry you have lost Karen yet again after your years of struggling to hold on to the wonderful wife and mother she was. Let the recent past be replaced by memories of the woman you married and called the love of your life. One day you will be together again. Love, Dianne Magnani

Thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in your time of loss and struggle. Much love, The DuPerow Family.
