Not sure what to say?

Rick, Nathan, and Natalie,

Karen was the epitome of beauty, style, grace, and love all rolled into one. Your tribute to her said it all. We will always remember the good times we had together long ago with gratitude to God for gracing the earth with your angel and His. Rick, we know Karen was the love of your life. We can only hope you gain comfort and strength from the prayers of those who love you and the fact that your girl is being embraced by the loving arms of our LORD. Heaven...

The proper words escape us when attempting to express our sympathy for your loss. Karen was class, love, grace, and the epitome of beauty inside and out. Anyone who knew her knows she was a true gift to humanity, just as your tributary words in her obituary expressed.

The Karen that Chris and I knew could light up a room with her presence. So too, we are certain she has made heaven a little brighter as well.

For the family she left behind, you are in our thoughts and prayers....

The gates of heaven have just welcomed a beautiful angel. We will all miss her wonderful smile & spirit here. Rick you & Karen's church family are always here for you! Brenda & Don Koertge

Rick, Nathan and Natalie -
My heart is broken to learn of the passing of our beloved Karen. Karen hired me 20 years ago and gave me my first shot in nonprofit development. She took a chance on me, and it has turned into a lifelong career I love. She was THE BEST boss I ever had, because she knew her stuff AND because she was one of the kindest and most compassionate and caring people God ever put on this earth. I have loved her dearly for all of these years. Her obituary was beautiful...

You were such a precious soul, and I am jealous you are with our sweet Savior. I felt your presence in the celebration of your life today. I can't wait to see you in eternity. While we miss you here, heaven is happy to have you home.

We will miss you girl. Always a beautiful precious smile and a warm hug no matter the good times or bad. Bye for now Karen and we will see you on the other side.

Good Bye Old Friend...one day in another life. God's grace to you, family & friends.

Prayers and love to my cousin Rick, Karen's son, daughter and family member's. Karen was loved by so many and will be missed very much.

Goodbye. Goodbye to the only completely kind person I ever met.
