Waldow, Karen D. Age 71, of Bloomington, passed away peacefully Dec. 22 surrounded by family. Preceded in death by husband, John. Survived by daughter, Rebecca; son, Jon; and grandson, Luke. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held Thursday, Dec. 27th at Bloomington Lutheran Church, 9350 Portland Ave S., Bloomington. Visitation begins at 10:00 AM, service at 11:00 AM. Becky and family - I am so terribly sorry to hear of your loss. I have so many wonderful memories of our growing up together and your mom being so loving, caring, supportive and giving. She will be missed by so many. I pray that you and your family are sheltered in God's love and peace through this difficult time.

Dear Becky and Johnathan- I'm so sorry for your loss. Your Mother was a dear sweet person, as well as a wonderful teacher. I was privileged to work with her! You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I have alot of great memories about auntie Karen; fun times at 4th of July at the lake and visits together growing up. Please accept my deepest sympathies for your loss.
