I remember her as always being cheerful and serving her internal and external customers with a smile. She will be missed by many at FIA and our thoughts and prayers are with her family.

I worked with Karen at FIA for 17 years. I work in clerical and Karen used to come up with some doozy typing assignments. I used to kid with her when I would see her coming and say "oh no, not you again!"
