Not sure what to say?

Also loved working with Karl during his residency when you would rotate thru Illinois Masonic. We lost a great one.

Karl and Clare were members of my Gym about 20 years ago; both were so very personable and courteous to everyone. Almost one year ago, a young gentleman joined my Gym. When signing him up in my office, I found out he was a medical student/intern, and when I ran his credit card, his last name grabbed my attention: AMBROZ. To say I got a bit emotional is an understatement. Karl's son Ryan is a mirror image of his father, and I feel blessed to have a bit of Karl's legacy around. Until we meet...

I will never forget Dr. Karl Ambroz, who was working at Resurrection ER the night my 21 year old daughter came in with Acute Appendicitis. His excellent skills as a physician saved her life. As an internist working at Resurrection Medical Center, we discussed many patients over the years. Dr. Ambroz was always kind, compassionate, friendly. The hospital lost so much when it lost Karl. I will always remember him for his kind smile, friendliness and most of all for saving my daughter. God bless...

Will never forget the kindness and excellence of Dr. Karl Ambroz. He took such great care of my daughter at 1am in the ER at Resurrection Medical Center with acute appendicitis. He lives on , will never be forgotten!

Karl you will always live in my heart. To Clare and the young men I will continue to lift you up in prayer.

I was going through some old ER records from 2003 and looked at the name of physician who attended the patient and yes Dr. Ambroz name was there.I realized that he passed away a few years ago and looked at google search. It is rather too late but I am here to express my heart felt condolences to his family, friends and all his patients who in some way or other have part of him in them including me in the form of memories of him and his contribution to our lives in many ways!

Clare and family,
While working at the Chicago Fire Department today, I learned from one of the Ressurection ED nurses that Karl had passed away. I worked with him when we were all still at Illinois Masonic. He was such a great guy. I am so, so sorry for your loss.

Although we only met Karl and his lovely family a year ago, on the day we moved into the neighborhood, we could tell Karl was a special person. Always a kind work and an offer to lend a hand. I wish I had gotten to know him better. The LaRosa's share their love and warmest condolence's to Clare and the boys.

Clare and Famiily, So sorry to hear of Karl's passing. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
