I worked with Karl at the Guaranty Fund for 12 years and he was a very nice man and we were good friends. I was very very sad to hear of his passing. You have my deepest sympathies for your loss.

I'd known Karl since 1984 through the insurance industry. He was a very nice man. My condolences to the family.
