Not sure what to say?

He was everything to me. And I'd do anything and everything just for a chance to see him one last time. I miss you grandpa, I miss you more than words can describe.

He was everything to me, and I would do anything and everything just for a chance to see him one last time.

He was the best Grandpa ever.

I'll never forget spending an afternoon tearing off the roof of his parents' house with him and a whole crew of Gundersens. He was a charitable son, amazing father, and loyal brother. Our faith and prayers will be with your family.

Janet I was so sad to hear of the passing of Karl. He was so sweet and caring for everyone. I enjoyed meeting him and knowing him. I am so happy to have been able to introduce you to such a wonderful man and have been able to enjoy your life together and to know that you will be with each other again someday. I have always been thinking of you both and I am so sorry we don't live closer. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

Very sorry to hear about the loss of Karl. My condolences to his family. Had some good times with Karl caving. Photos courtesy of Matt Knudson.

I'm so very sorry to hear of Karl's passing. I remember the day he was born and how happy we all were. I was learning to drive at that time and in 1980 Karl traveled with me to California to pick up a load of pianos for my business. I really enjoyed getting to know Karl. He was a great worker with an even greater attitude! I will miss him. Love to the Gundersen family from your first cousin, Dan
