Karl was an extraordinary man who lead an extraordinary life, a member of the "Greatest Generation" who I am so proud to call my uncle. He was strength, courage, and intelligence personified. One of a kind.
My love, thoughts, and prayers go out to the whole family.
We now have our own special guardian angel flying in the heavens above. And I'm sure he's teaching the other angels a thing or two about flying.
