Read MoreKarl was a great friend, I served with him from '87-89 near Baumholder in Germany in B Battery 4/1 Air Defense Artillery. Karl showed me how to wrestle, which helped me a great deal in my next duty station, and he helped me fix up my old rusty BMW. What a great soldier and greater man who left us all at much too young an age.
