Not sure what to say?

You are brought to my mind and heart today on this eighth anniversary of your transition into the spirit realm, Karl. Your memory is eternal

Thank you all for your kind and fond rememberances of our dad Karl. It is much appreciated. I get to see him again through your eyes and it makes me glad to hear how he impacted you all. And sad again to realize the loss. He was a great man.

My sympathy to Dr. Hazeltine's family. He was a kind, caring person. I was Tumor Board secretary at St. Rose de Lima after he retired and he routinely attended the monthly meetings to keep in touch with current treatments. He also studied transcription because he felt he could help Medical Records with their backlog. I'm sure he was disappointed that this didn't work out because of departmental changes. He just wanted to help where he could. I know he is missed by many.

My deepest sympathy goes out to the Hazeltine Family and especially to Nancy, my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Dr. Hazeltine will be deeply missed and I will always remember what a wonderful Doctor he was to all of us who were blessed to have been his patients. Our community has suffered a great loss.

I'm so sorry to hear this news, I've been in Missouri for 17 years & news travels slow so far away. Dr Hazeltine was a wonderful, sensitive, open & loving doctor. Doctors like him are a rarity, he was not only our doctor but a trusted family friend. He will be deeply missed. My heart aches tonight.

Dr Hazeltine was a Very Good Man. he Was my Doctor for Several years and also one of my Mentors ( Elmers ) when I got in to Amateur Radio in the early 80's. I remember my first visit to his Office. His wife was his Nurse / Assistant. He gave me Advice and Guidance on Ham Radio topics as well as other life lessons. he was very Gracious and welcomed me into his home. My first piece of Radio Gear was an old Heathkit that he had built himself, and he had no reservations of giving it to me to...

My childhood doctor, and an amazing Man. Much love to your Family...

My sympathies to the family. I'll always remember Dr. Hazeltine as a kind and caring doctor and person.

I don't take the newspaper and just read this news after Jennifer Bruner Rogers posted it on FB. I had great respect for Dr. Hazeltine. My mother worked at the old Henderson Clinic on Lake Mead across from St. Rose in the 70's and I got to know a few of the doctors - He was one of my favorites. Around 1990 I took a computer class at Community College... and Doc was was one of my classmates, if I remember correctly he was learning computers so He could do medical transcription.
