Not sure what to say?

Karl, you were one of the "original" "C" Company 1/25 friends I had on Cass St that I/we will never forget! Since you showing up on the drill deck in 74 till retiring in the early 90's, you were always the guy everyone could depend on. I always said "if they ever reactivated us old guys", I would want you to be my Company Gunny! If someone needed something........you always got it for them! Mary, I'm sorry for your families loss. We also lost a great friend and "Brother"! Till Valhalla when...

My condolences to the Ozga family, I´m sorry for your loss. Gunny Ozga was "one-of-a-kind" and larger than life. He was an outstanding Company Gunny during our deployment to the Gulf. I can still picture him making sure we got chow, our MREs, or disbursing ammo. I won´t forget his his loud voice! He was a great Marine! Semper Fi, Gunny!

Semper Fi Gunny !!

I have many fond memories and humorous times working for Gunny Ozga as a driver and on Company Gunny work details from time to time during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He was a very colorful in language and physical animated Marine, who always accomplished the most grueling tasks with what seemed little effort! As a junior Marine, I could tell no one ever minded going on his working details with Gunny, he was hilarious, he would have you laughing the entire time which made time and the...

Sincere condolences to the Ozga family. I worked with Karl at the Post Office. Rest in peace Gunny. Matt

I served with GySgt Ozga in Desert Storm. He was the Company GySgt which means he was responsible for providing our infantry unit with Food, water, amo and medical logistics. We had what we needed. The Gny was a great Co. Gny, super Marine, and a proud and solid man. I am sorry to hear of his passing and regret not reconnecting with him before this time. Semper Fi GySgt Ozga. See you on the other side.

Semper Fi Gunny!!!!! See you in Valhalla warrior Richard Noll Aco 1/25

Even though I was not a blood relative to Uncle Karl he treated me like one. I will miss my buddy yelling at the umps and refs at all the sports games we attended. You were a beautiful man who loved his family and would do anything for. He was the strongest man I ever knew and I will miss him dearly. Jan
