Although we had short Facebook exchanges, I hadn't seen Karl since June 1968. I departed for California fairly soon after that and he remained in the Boston area. Over the last 55 years I've thought of him often, though, and have retained fond recollections of him at Middlesex. His memory was and will continue to be a blessing.
