Read MoreI met and worked with Karl at US Army Material Command around later 1960's and visited Karl whole he was working at FAA. Karl was a fantastic person kind, loyal and adviser to me. I recently found a book that he wrote on cost effectiveness and his obituary. To his family Karl was warm and sincere friend.
