Not sure what to say?

Karl, Ann, Beth and I double dated a number of times. Hillsborough was never the same afterwards!! Old King Karl was guiding light. And still is if you listen well.

Several months ago I talked with Karl, who I had not talked to for many long years. We talked about old times and current times and he sounded great. We were on the same football team at USF back in the day. Karl was one of the nicest persons I ever had the privilege to know. Our team at USF was not very good to say the least, but Karl was one who always kept a positive attitude no matter how bad it got. He never got down and continued to work hard everyday. He was a great team mate, an...

So sad to hear of Karl's passing. I was a Serra 1967 graduate and met Karl through his brother Paul and through Serra football. He was a wonderful man in so many aspects: family, faith and friendships. His kind and generous personality was admired. Prayers to his beautiful family! Karl is with the Lord looking down on us all! I just got word last night of Karl´s passing! My deepest sympathy to Ann, Family and Friends! I will always remember Karl´s sense of humor and being a competitor on and off the field!

Karl was indeed a wonderful person, through and through. From our days at USF, to talking football, to suffering the loss last year of our dear friend Joe, I will miss Karl.

Karl a great friend, classmate and ultimate teamate, you will be missed, rest in peace!

The Loveseth family sends our love to all the Vorsatz clan. Karl will be missed. I hope he joins the football team in heaven with my brother Steve, and all the Padre greats! Karl was one of a kind, and one of the best! We´ll miss you!

Many precious memories dating back to Serra High School in the 60s The Vorsatz´s family is very special to me. Karl was my best friend ! We enjoyed and shared our lives together. He always wanted to be the point guard on the basketball team instead he became one of best centers in school history playing on a championship football team. His heritage of toughness but friendliness, loyalty and hard work will certainly be carried on by his numerous family members. Forever in my heart! Tim M

Karl's dad, Frank, was the attorney for the Alchera family at the time I marred into the family. Karl has been our friend and tax consultant since. I will truly miss him.
