Read MoreI met Karla at Amerigroup, and am deeply sorry for the family's loss. On occasion I had the pleasure of conversing with her on various matters as our two departments would cross paths. The one thing I remember about her was her charm and infectious smile, and never once can I remember having a conversation that was anything but positive and upbeat. My prayers and thoughts go out to the family.
