I did not know Kasey, however recognized her from the picture. Know that family and friends were mentioned during our prayer time Sunday morning. Continued prayers and thoughts are going out during this difficult time.

I didn't really know Kasey at all but she went to school with my sisters and she would always make a way to speak to us when she was working at Wal-Mart. Just by talking to her the few times that I did you could tell she had a big heart. She was very sweet. She had no problem talking to anyone even though she didn't know you. My deepest condolences are with Kasey's family. She will always be in my heart and I will always think of her when I go to Wal-Mart and I will be looking for her smiling...

Larry, Brenda, Britt and family,
The last time we saw Kasey was at the cabin. Jimmy and I were fixing breakfast and Kasey came and pitched in. Jimmy taught her how to make "hotdog gravy", she thought that was pretty cool, and as always we were laughing and having a good time. I think sometimes that memories are what keeps us strong.
Please know that if you all need ANYTHING at all, just let us know. Our hearts are broken for yall and may God hold each of you close at this...

Larry, Brenda and family. I cannot express in words how very sorry I am at the loss of your daughter Kasey. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time and if there is anything at all I can do to help please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I always felt like the Smurfit employees and their families were like family to me.

We are so sadden to hear the news of Kasey's death. I've coached a number of teams as my children have grown up, but without a doubt the absolute funniest group of people I've ever been around in sports happened during the two years of softball we all spent together. Kasey was so so special. I use to tell her that she could really hit the "snot right out of the ball". I will never forget her laugh after I would tease her about that. No words can say enough about how she will be missed,...

I will always remember the Kasey I knew... all us girls out loving life & dancing the night away. Her laughing and rolling her eyes with that sheepish smile of hers when I do or say something stupid. She lived her life to the fullest and enjoyed every single second she was here. She use to greet me each morning at 8:05 on the dot so cheerful with a "Good morning I hope you have a great day" text message. I will never forget the first time she sent me one I was having a terrible morning and it...
