Read MoreSo sad to have just found out. I met Kate sitting next to her on a plane from RI. She had just moved her camper there. We spoke about business and she mentioned the work she was doing to promote women in business. I mentioned my wife was thinking of going on her own and she would love to bounce some ideas off her. We had dinner in Narragansett with them and her sister Amanda. My deepest sympathies to her family and friends.
