My sister Marcia Kraut- just read me Kacki's obituary-- that is what my Mom called her. Clarice Mittelstadt, my Mom, talked about Kacki often. My sister and Mom and I even got to go see her when she lived by Como park. What a neat lady. Mom still had an elephant Kacki gave her in grade school. My sister has it now. A little pink one made out of I don't know what-- he is missing an eye, poor thing. Mom carried it with her always in her purse.
