So sorry to hear of her passing. Kathy was in the NYPD Detective Squad when I worked in the 68 Pct in the early 80's. We were also neighbors on Staten Island. She was a wonderful, what you see is what you get kinda lady, without pretense, a wealth of experience and always approachable, with a keen sense of humor. She will be missed.

I worked with Kathy in the 77Pct. and the 68 Pct. she was an outstanding Officer and Detective. She was always there for her fellow officers and could be counted on in a time of need. Sorry to hear of her passing.
