I met this wonderful lady when my husband and I moved to Sacramento in 1971. She was a good friend of my sister's and we shared much in common. Both of us were born and raised in Germany, we married soldiers and retired in CA. Kaethe and I became friends quickly and I will miss her dearly! Although we moved to Texas in 2005, we kept in touch via phone and greeting cards these past years. Auf Wiedersehen, lieber Freund, please say "hello" to Ray for me.
