To Kit, Shep, and Ashley,

I read those online messages from your friends and they are the same sentiments of mine and Michael. Ours particularly deal with your teenage years and the Navy Neptunes -- then your schooling, maturing and then your having families of your own. We would always say -- what goes around, come around again and laugh.

Shep, Ashby and Kit: What an absolute privilege it was for me to have known your Mother for these past 30 years or so. Every year that I came to visit my family in VA always included a visit with Kaye. I have shared many a laugh and even shed a few tears talking to her. She was one of the most kind and giving person that I've known. I don't know how she did it but, when my husband and I got married, she found out the phone number for the yacht club where we were being married and called...
