Not sure what to say?

Southland Pool and Southland summer memories aren't the same without remembering "Kat". You will be dearly missed.

Dear Carter family, I am so sad to hear about Kat's sudden passing out of this life. She was such a fun, funny, sweet spirit and her time on earth was far too short. I am holding you in my heart and my prayers as you grieve the loss of your beautiful Kat.

With deepest sympathy,

Julie McDonald, Transy Class of '87, member of Delta Delta Delta, a friend of Kelly and Kat.

Dear Carter family: I was saddened and shocked to read of Kat's passing. She was the best doubles partner, and funny as hell in stressful situations when you really needed a laugh. I loved you guys--you were always so supportive--and I will miss her.
Keeping you all in my prayers!
Rachael Pierce (Tolliver)

Very sad to hear of Kat's death. She was always full of good energy and fun. I will be thinking of your family and keeping you in prayer.

Jenifer Haney Payne

RIP Kat. Always remember you laughing and smiling , enjoying life. Continued prayers for your family and close friends !

Dear Carter Family,
I was shocked to learn of Katherine's passing. I truly love this family who was so good to me as a teacher and speech coach. I count Kelly as one of my own and, although, I didn't have Katherine as a student, she was one of mine by osmosis. I am so sorry for this huge loss in your family and the hole it creates in your hearts. I am thinking of you.

Liz (Moore) Berryman Peters

I am so very sorry for your loss. I loved Katherine and she was a very good friend to me. I worked with her at Cardinal Hill. So sorry. May she be received in the arms of God.

Dear Carter Family,

I am very sorry to hear of Kat's untimely death. I certainly remember her fondly from childhood at Spindletop, working at Southland pool and as fellow students at Lafayette High School. Please accept my sympathy.
