Not sure what to say?

Best darn English teacher anyone could possibly want. She encouraged my writing poetry. Rest in heavenly peace Ms. Casebolt.

I went to Roosevelt from 63-66 she was my counselor and favorite teacher. In 1972 through 1985 we had seats in the same row at Del Mar Racetrack God Bless and rest in peace Mrs Casebolt

Mrs Casebolt, changed my whole life. She took time out once when I was sick to stop by our house to check on me. My mother and her talked for the longest. Rest in perfect peace now that you're with your husband again.

My dad, Tom Rinde, worked with Kay and sends his hugs - we are trying to find out about the service as I can bring him. Please reach out to Dawn Benson 925-719-1615!

RIP Ms. Casebolt. I was a student in your English class in 1960-1961and you became my favorite teacher. You showed me the power of the written word and my love for books and reading were never the same. You encouraged not only me but many students to write, which I did and had a poem printed in the student Hi-Life magazine on a national level. Your guidance was invaluable and anyone who was in your class, worked with you, or was touched by you in other ways, will always remember a great...

This fine lady was known as "Mrs. Casebolt' at Roosevelt Jr. High School. She was a shining star to many of us during some challenging times when I was there in the early 70's. Thank you Mrs. Casebolt.

I taught English along with Kay for 17 years. She was such a positive force and exemplary role model for me as a young teacher just starting out. She will be missed.

Mrs Casebolt was my counselor at Roosevelt Jr High. I remember her very fondly as she truly cared about each and every one of us! Please accept my heartfelt sympathies on her passing. She made a huge difference in my life and I smile whenever I think about her.

Rest in Peace, Katherine - you were one of my favorite teachers, and I loved our visits in recent years talking about our wonderful old Mission Hills neighborhood. My sincerest condolences to the family. Peace be with you all. Steve Porter
