Conkle Funeral Home, Avon Chapel - Avon Obituary

Katherine E. Lee, 19 months, passed away May 12, 2023.  She and her parents were members of Kingsway Christian Church.  Katherine is survived by her parents, Bryce and Jennifer Alecio Lee; grandparents, Maria and Jose Alecio, Scott and Colleen Lee; great grandparents, Rosaura Ampie, Carol Schmidt and Molly Kurpis.  She was surrounded in love by her aunts Diana Thomas, Susana Keith, Keyla Alessio and Brittney Lee.  She loved hugs from her uncles, Marlon Alessio, Daryl Thomas, David Keith, Daniel Alecio and Brandon Lee.  Her family affectionately called her Kitkat and Kate and she was one of 16 girl cousins.  Kate often enjoyed girl time with her cousins, Mia, Ezri, Giselle, Elena Thomas; Morgan, Macie, Sage, Marley, Eva Keith; Johana, Deborah, Paola Alessio and Amelia, Lillian, Emerson Lee.

Kate’s parent’s favorite memories are of them going on bike rides, gardening, garage sales and walks in the park.  All her family will remember her smile and the happiness she brought when she was around.  Kate’s grandmas enjoyed treating her to mini-marshmallows, Cheetos, cookies for each hand, beans and eggs.  Kitkat’s favorite movie was Encanto and she danced to “we don’t talk about Bruno” for countless times.

The family takes comfort in knowing that Kate is now with Jesus and will hold onto the great memories that she brought as a special and loving baby girl.

Visitations will be held at Kingsway Christian Church from 11:30am to 12:30pm followed by a Celebration of Life Service.  Burial will be held at Crown Hill Cemetery at 2:15pm.    Online condolences may be shared at www.conklefuneralhome.com.
