Katherine A. Halverson

Katherine A. Halverson, 32 Scotch Plains – Kathy A. Halverson, 32, died on Tuesday December 18, 2012 with her son, Jeremy, at Overlook Hospital in Summit. Kathy was a graduate of Scotch Plains Fanwood High School and worked at the Union County Baptist Church in the childcare department. Kathy is survived by her mother, Rosemarie Halverson; her brother, Christopher Halverson; and many aunts and uncles. She was predeceased by her father, Guy Halverson. A Memorial Service will be held at the First United Methodist Church, 1 Broad St., Westfield, NJ on Saturday December 22, 2012 at 12:00. Those who wish may make donations to the Gym Jams Program at the Fanwood Scotch Plains YMCA, 1340 Martine Ave., Scotch Plains, NJ 07076. Arrangements are by Memorial Funeral Home in Fanwood.
