My sister was very loving and caring. She was always the life of the party. There is now a void in the hearts of our entire family but we know that she is safe in heaven. Rest in peace Babe

Mrs. Harter was an amazing woman, always willing to help us at Fishcreek. As many yrs have gone by since graduating I still have fond memories of her. She truly was a special woman! My deepest sympathy goes to the family. May god bless you all during such a difficult time in life. She will truly be missed.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Kay sang at our wedding 31 years ago. Sweet lady and a wonderful neighbor to my brother and his family. You will be missed!
