Dear Katie and Bowie, I remember when I heard about you and Bowie and I can't believe how fast time goes by. It is almost 1 year now that you are gone. I hope justice comes swiftly. Bowie was a sweet dog and you sounded like a good person to know. R.I.P.

I´ll never forget our nights at the bar. Cards Against Humanity. M Night Shamalamadingdong. The awful steps to your apartment. And, of course, playing with the dog. Love you forever

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. May justice be found for Katherine.

Devastated by this horrible event. Haven't been affected this way by the passing of someone in decades. Anything I can do, maybe just dwell on beautiful thoughts of Katie & Bowie.

As an Atlanta Piedmont Park 10th street walker and dog lover, I have been very much affected by the senseless and tragic deaths of Katie and Bowie. My prayers are for God's peace and consolation in the lives of their loved ones. Rest in God's love Katie and Bowie as you walk in the beauty and safety of God's heavenly Garden. Thank you for the goodness and inspiration of your lives.

I'm very sorry for the untimely loss of Katie and Bowie. My thoughts of comfort are with the family, friends, and Atlanta community mourning Katie's passing.

I am so very sorry for your loss of Katherine. I live in Florida and heard of her passing from my daughter who lives in the area near Piedmont Park. My heart breaks for you all, as well as for Katherine (and Bowie). Please accept my deepest condolences.
