Not sure what to say?

Kay and I were in the same DAR chapter. One memory of her was she wanted to go to the Kentucky Derby and she did! Betsy Rambeau

Just this evening I learned of Kay's passing. I met her at a tea for the docents at Oakleigh. Oh, the hours we endured all those Candlelight Christmases!! Then again, during the week. When her shift was over, she'd grab the nearest chair in our sitting room, crying, "Oh, my feet!!", all the while trying to maintain a lady-like expression on her lovely face. She insisted on giving tours in her high heels! : ) I could go on, but I wouldn't take anything for the time I spent at Oakleigh,...

I am so very sorry to hear of Aunt Katherine´s passing. She was always a lovely and gracious lady. Even though I have not seen her in many years, I have enjoyed exchanging Christmas cards with her over the past decades. I know she will be missed by friends and family. With sympathy, Mary Frances Marriott Adams

Kay was such a dear friend of my Mom. Funny, witty, quite a lovely lady. Haven´t seen her in years but continued to send Christmas cards each year!! She was special to us. Thoughts and prayers to her family. Caroline wells hinds.
