Not sure what to say?

As a neighbor on Lawton Drive, Kathy would watch over the welfare of my son, Jimmy. Now, Kathy and Jimmy share sacred ground at All Saints Cemetery where she continues her loving care.

Thinking about this Beautiful Lady. She was a wonderful Lady that came into my life. I had the journey of helping with her children which was s beautiful blessing. Lighting the candle for her as that day comes along again. And as she looks down from Heaven to see the light that is glowing for her

Unfortunately, I'm just now finding out about Kathy's passing. In 2011, she helped arrange one of the most interesting and jam-packed visits I've ever had as a science journalist to a location (NASA Glenn, obviously). That trip, thanks to Kathy, had a huge influence on the direction of my career. Without her help, my trip would have been 10% as productive she went above and beyond for me. Her passion in work and life (we hung out a lot during my visit) was contagious. I'm so sorry for your...

My deepest sympathy to the Martin and Knurek families. I just learned of your loss (April 2015) while checking out our Muskingum class notes. Kathy was a classmate and more importantly a friend. In our senior year we carpooled back and forth to Cambridge for our student teaching and it was on those commutes that I developed a deep respect for Kathy, her faith, and her outlook on life. Talking with Kathy again and meeting you, Ken, was one of the real high points of our Muskingum 40th class...

Katherine worked with me on many NASA outreach activities, such as national airshows, etc. During one Airventure (Oshkosh, WI) airshow, we took a small detour to an large art display (creative metal sculptures, etc.) and she was smiling ear to ear. We also worked on answering many email questions from the budding citizen scientists around the world: questions about space technologies, astronauts, the Universe, you name it. She always had enthusiasm for getting things done. Working her was...

To the Martin family,

I just learned of the passing of Katherine. She and I were office mates when we both worked in the Procurement Division at NASA Glenn. She was always very kind and I learned a lot from her. I will never forget her.

My deepest sympathy and prayers to the Martin family. I think of Katherine every day and miss her greatly. We began working together at NASA in the mid-90's when she was the Intellectual Property Manager for the High Speed Research Program. Over the years we crossed paths often as she worked for the Aeronautics Directorate, Technology Transfer, Space Technology Research Grants, Media Relations, and even as a fellow Mary Kay consultant. I admire Katherine for her hard work and dedication to...

My deepest sympathy to the family. I worked with her and I miss her terribly.

Our deepest sympathy to Ken, Hugh and Kenny. Just today did we learn of the passing of Kathy. We were so saddened by the news. May God bless and comfort all of you in this difficult time.
