Bill and Bob, so sorry to hear about Katherine. Was shocked when I walked in the store this am asking about your family. There was real sadness on the faces of the lady behind the counter. I know she was well loved there. She was very special to me for the short time I spent at SMU. My prayers and condolences to your family. She was and will always be a very special person in my heart.

Katherine was a bright light and wonderful friend to so many of us who joined a playful Facebook group she created for animal lovers. I am so sad she is gone — but I picture her being greeted by all her pups at the Rainbow Bridge gate to heaven. Deepest condolences to the McNutt family.

I can only say that I am so very sorry for this great loss in your lives. Without a doubt, you all will have many wonderful memories of Katherine to sustain you through this...
