Kathy and I met on our first day of high school. We became lifelong friends and stood up to each other’s weddings. When I think of Kathy, I think of the word “courage”. She had many challenges in her life and always met them with a positive attitude. I will miss her terribly. I am glad she is at peace and out of pain. It was a privilege to know her and call her friend!
