Not sure what to say?

Hi Kate, I wish I still had a log of our conversations and the conversation of the struggles we both had dealing with IBD. You were always a strong, happy, joyous individual. I wish things worked out different and you were still with us. I miss you and our talks. I know you are now in a better place.

I still think about Kate from time to time, it's a shame I lost contact with her but I wish I had not. She was such a caring, smart, funny person. For the short time I had in contact with her - I will never forget those memories. Miss you Kate
