I'm so sorry to hear of Cathie's passing. My condolences to Winston and her family. My mother, Helen Smith, lived next to Cathie and Winston for many years and also attended Shroyer Road Baptist Church. As the years went by and Helen began to have some memory troubles, Cathie started to check up on Helen to make sure she was OK. I was a long distance caregiver for Helen and I always felt better knowing my mother had a good friend checking to be sure she opened the blinds for her bedroom...
