The world has lost a truly special woman and a dear friend. We fondly recall our Naperville days, time at the lake house and, of course, Rotary. We extend condolences to Jim and the boys, and send hugs and aloha to all.

Within the framework of our small book club of Salerno Bay Road we shared evenings with Kathy when she was participating in the discussion. Our memories of serious thoughts regarding "an author's intention" of "did you like the book?" or "would you recommend it to others?" were part of my connection with Kathy when I moved to Salerno Bay.
She will be forever in our memories of a very sweet person who we've missed seeing for a long time.
