It only took meeting Kathy one time to know Ithaca is a little dimmer for having lost Kathy's shining light. I've heard many wonderful and funny stories from my brother, who knew Kathy from the real estate business.

kathy is in heaven now and shaking thing up. she sold us our first house and i took to her immediately. kathy was quite a gal and could not be ignored when entering a room. my deepest condolences to her family.
