Kathy was a planning specialist for Utah DPS and she was the hardest worker I have ever known. She got an assignment and she would keep at it without letting up. She brought money to Utah for battered women's shelters and lots of other criminal justice system improvement programs. We shared an office. I was brand new to DPS and she graciously showed me the ropes. Thank you, Kathy.

I worked with Kathy in the early 70s in the Dept of Public Safety. She always had a smile and took time to visit and see how you were. I've thought of her often and know she will be missed.
