Aunt Kay was one of the God's special people. My earliest moments of her as a child are her speaking to me like I mattered, really listening, and even as an adult sharing my own personal grief with me. Yet she was the model for "carrying on", no matter what happened. She taught me how to make cheese cake. I was a terrible baker, but she insisted I could make this cake because you did not bake it.
